You may return new, unopened items sold by ILA. within 30 day of purchase for a full refund on the item – shipping costs cannot be refunded unless the wrong item was shipped by us. Returned items must have Return Authorization (RA) numbers – contact us via email. The Return Authorization Number should be clearly identified on the label. Packages without a RA# will not be accepted.
If your payment was through a credit card, the refund will be credited to that card, payments by check or money order will be refunded by check to the purchaser at the shipping address.
Opened items in good, resalable condition will be refunded at 80% of the purchase price. Items with obvious signs of use cannot be refunded.
Discounted items - whether quantity discounts or otherwise - cannot be returned.
