This course was presented at the the 2010 LRIG Expo (Sept. 1st, Cambridge MA) and attended by over 40 people, the following came from emails sent after the course:

• I just heard your wonderful talk at LRIP this afternoon. You made so many good points, obvious once raised but not always thought of at the beginning of projects (many I think ignored by the powers involved in our project -- which was terminated).
• Thanks for providing the course at LRIG. I found it useful and informative.
• I would say that if someone was thinking of an automation project, they should take this course because it brought up
  many things to consider that I myself had not thought of. It is a great summation of project life cycle.
