The course will be held from 9:00 AM to 5 PM on Tuesday (September 29th )and Wednesday. On Thursday (October 1st) the course will go from 9:00 AM until approximately 2:00 PM. A continental breakfast, lunch and breaks will be provided each day.

The course will be held at the Radisson Hotel in Nashua NH. Please mention "Institute for Laboratory Automation" when registering. The rate for single/double room is $109 if reservations are made by September 14th. All guest room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable stat and local taxes, which are currently 8%. Reservations should be made by calling (603) 888- 9970. See notes below for conditions required by Radisson.
Airports
For those arriving by air, both Logan Airport and Manchester (NH) Airport are convient facilities. Manchester is closer. The Radisson recommends Stirling Coach for transportation to/from airports. Stirling Coach can be reached at:

Radisson Conditions
- CUT-OFF DATE
- The “cut-off date” for accepting reservations into this guest room block is September 14th, 2009. Reservation requests received after 5:00 p.m. local time at Hotel on the cut-off date will be accepted at Hotel’s prevailing rate, based on availability.
- Call Ins
- Reservations should be telephoned directly to the Radisson Hotel 14 days prior to your arrival. In order to receive the preferred rates for which you are contracting, guests must identify their affiliation with the Delphinus group. Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is requested. Requests must go directly to Reservations.
- NO SHOW POLICY
- In the event that a guest holds a guaranteed reservation and does not arrive on the date, it is our policy to apply the cost of one night’s room charge and the entire reservation will be canceled for the dates remaining.
- OVERNIGHT GUEST ROOM CANCELLATION
- Overnight Guest Rooms are required to be cancelled by 6:00pm, 72 hours prior to arrival, thereafter one nights stay will be charge.
- ROOM AND RELATED CHARGES
- Guests shall be responsible for their own guest room, the following automatic or mandatory charges, [e.g., resort charges, service charges, etc.], taxes, and incidental charges upon checkout.
